Lerai is part agency, part venture studio — based in Amsterdam. We build AI-native products for clients who need to move fast, and we co-build products with talented entrepreneurs who have the domain expertise and the drive. Same team, same craft, two tracks.

Build, don't advise

We don't write reports about what you could do with AI. We build the thing, test it, and ship it. If it doesn't work in practice, it doesn't work.

Prototype to production

We prototype fast, validate with real users, and build what survives. Then we hand it over — so you own it, run it, and grow it without us.

Run on our own infra

Everything we sell, we use ourselves. Our agent infrastructure powers our own business before it powers yours. We feel the bugs first.
